Invisible Resources was created in the mind of Ferry Tan (Founder & Creative Director) at some point after she returned from 7 years of studying and working in the USA. Her global exposure to the ‘West’, coupled with her ‘Eastern’ cultural roots, lead her to the realization of four things:

• There were very talented people in Asia
• Due to the lower cost of living in Asia these talented people could afford to work for much lower daily rates
• There were increasing numbers of ‘small’ businesses in the West that could increase their profits with lower overheads
• Technology was only going to make it easier to do remote business

Therefore she decided to generate the perfect WIN / WIN situation with the creation of Invisible Resources. Her freelance Asia-based team would get more business (and money in their pockets), plus the Western clients would be able to save a considerable amount of money through outsourcing to Invisible Resources. Everyone would be a winner.
